Help making a workout plan?


Im 18, 6 foot 1, 140 pounds, trying to gain 20-30 pounds. Want bigger arms and way bigger pecs and I want to be fit and tone adjectives over. Im planning on working out for an hour 3 times a week, i already got the diet stuff down, What would you suggest also include what experience you own.


P.S. I don't want to join a gym, theres no defence, its been proven you can gain muscle at home, i own furniture and 2 25 pound dumbbells

Do some running, weight lifting, next crunches. Also, keep a appropriate diet. Good luck!
