The with the sole purpose thing that I know for stopping mane loss is massaging the scalp beside stiff fingers for a few minutes whilst shampooing.This will stop the loss but is unlikely to regrow hair. I don't know of anything that will do that.My own quill loss stopped years ago when I started doing this and friends of mine who carried on with their old-fashioned habits are in a minute bald.I still do this day by day.
