I got surgery on my elbow. it be an ulnar nerve transposition. There be some muscle tissues involved.
I have be rehabbing for a month. But i had to come rear legs to school and i do rehab by myself( next to indications from my doctor of course)
I'm looking for ways to generate tissue faster, and reduce the swelling. I enjoy almost no pain, unless I do not easy movements. The doctor recommended progressive muscle strenghtening.

keep up the rehab. Massage and other things might relief, but it takes time. It be over a year before my elbow be close to normal. Everyone is different and operation do not turn out the same for different inhabitants.
