eat matching, do more activity, approaching jogging or riding a bicycle every other hours of daylight... then possibly lift weights on your rotten days, just start near lighter weights like lift up them 15-16 times to get tired because substantial weights make slow power, not quick.
or eat smaller amount and do what you do normally, or perchance trade in that pop for (local hose down, dont get me started on worldwide warming and bottled water) water and chips for an apple or something.
