Fat Vacation?
Im 17 years old, Male. I lately had gone for time off in my summer hols and the time i reach back i found out that i have added a lot of awful pounds to my Body, especially around my thighs and weight, that is to say where my large gets stored... Im irrelevant to go to the gym until im 18... Could you please suggest some exercises i could do at home? .cycling...push ups...skipping...?

Bend down achieve your feet touch knees with your commander.
Jumping jack 50 counts 1231,1232,1233,1234.
Run a mile.
