Bike riding/dieting?
i am a 18 year old mannish who is 5-10 and 175lbs... i want to get down to 165 to look for a time more toned, got to procure rid of the beer belly
well i started my workout end week and i am riding my bike 12-15 mile a day(1-1.5 hours) and eating better meal. i have broken my collation in to 5-6, 300-350 calorie meal a day just about 3 hours apart. The meals are low sugar, dignified protein, like fish, chicken, and beef. nought fried and i no longer drink sugar drinks. i drink 100 ounces of water a morning, i just considered necessary to know if this was a fitting way to lose ten pounds surrounded by one month?
and also i have be stealing my moms weight watchers for some of my meal, are those okay, most have around 300 calories and 20-25 grams of protien and approaching 2-6 grams of sugar, will those be okay to diet with or do i entail to stop eating those? please if anyone can chew over of anything else to help me conquer my goal donate me some advise

what youre doing mostly sounds fine. ego say step or run rather than bike ride, bike riding is honest exercise (good for your legs) but doesnt burn many calories. as an full-grown male your gda is 2500 calories, you can step under it but dont over do it! if you want to be more toned you obligation to do sit ups, it will help tone your muscles but not to lose immensity. good luck!
