Bud, I was contained by the same boat as you when I be 14, I always get my *** kicked by bullies than I hit the weights and I got huge and I immediately weigh close to 200 pounds that was 10 years ago. When I be 16 I weighed 175 I gain about 90 pounds of muscle and become the starting QB my junior year. Hit the weights and don't give up and chomp through, eat, get through.
