Im REALLY tired... but i cant sleep?
i have not slept surrounded by 5 days. im really tired, but for some reason i basically cant sleep. i have tried everything, from pills to counting sheep. nought works.

after if you did try working out before sleeping and your body should be tired. Also, studying puts me to sleep (damn studying)
Possible vitamin deficiency? Vitamin D, Iron, Potassium iono it is what first come to mind.
How in the order of reading a book or watching tv? Find something that will make you bored or manufacture your eyes tired, then you can sleep! =)
Sounds similar to you need to relax. Try smelling lavender. Either a candle or in a bubble tub. Keep your room VERY VERY dark after you bring back out of the HOT LAVENDER bath and lift some melatonin (natural sleeping medicine)

Get Nyquill(Lean). It will knock you off your foot, not too long after you take it. I don't meditate pills really work, but I think near's some sleep-aids out there that comfort.Either that, or you could be one of those lucky few who have the disease that disables you from self able to sleep no thing what.
