My Arm Muscles Weak or Not?

I'm 14 year old guy, 5'1 and 102 pounds.

Both of my arm muscles measured at the superlative point when flexing is about 11 inches.

Do I suck, heh?

For a fourteen year prehistoric your arms are not in discouraging shape. If you feel that they inevitability to be bigger start weight training. As your body mature your muscles will gain mass and you notice increased strength.

Does the type of underwear you wear effect you fertility as you gain older?

Haha my mom's biceps calculate like 17" probably. She is ripped.
