i've just started running after 6 years of slobbing around,it feel as tought im going to collapse every time i run and i feel it extremely hard to breath properly.
i train for 1 hour beside small breaks in between,is near any other exercises i can try to get my breathing lower than control.
i want to train outdoors and not in the gym aswell.

since you have be in "sedentary" mode for 6 years, you should start unforced. walk for resembling 15 minutes twice a day for in a minute. if after a week or 2 it starts getting easier, start walking for 40+ minutes twice a day. try not to push yourself basically yet, seeing how you're simply starting back up adjectives of a sudden. so start out small for now. whenever you perceive it gets easier, increase the "difficulty". if you preserve this up, pretty soon you will be running/jogging for 30-45 minutes before tiring...
Concentrate on your breathing when you run. Deep controlled breaths in through your nose and out your mouth. Still you will stipulation much practice after slobbing around for that long.

If you enjoy been slobbing around for six years next you are probably out of shape. It could be Exercise Induced Asthma as all right. start doing for a time shorter excerizes (15 minutes seem okay - liek the other guy said), the other guysaid concentrate on breathing - worthy too, i say also PACE YOURSELFbreathing exercises may lend a hand, here r a few my band director get from a tuba player who can play piccolo notes (tuba lowest intrument, piccolo superlative intrument)
1.) whenever u stretch, concentrate on breathing (i hope u do SOME stretchnig before working out)
2.) breath in through feeler while u put your hands up minus your hands going forward of u (in other words, while theyre on your sides) and out through mouth and put your hand down doing alike thing as gonig up
IMPORTANT: must be ALL the method in and ALL the bearing out
3.) put index and middle finger together, place index finger on mouth and breathe in for a few counts then when u breathe out, put paw flat as though u high five someone and blow hackle on your palm
-start from count 8 and lower down every 2 or 3 times
-i THINK the hand motions r flexible (i think its to see that u r taking one and the same amount of air and out at adjectives times)
