Has anything happen to you that could have kicked your self-esteem down? Were you not here by a long-term partner, or bereaved? There are lots of things that can contribute to losing confidence in yourself - and they're not always as conspicuous as you might think.

I'm a female surrounded by my 40s; between the sagging and the turning gray and the tresses falling out where I want it and the fleece coming in where I don't want it and the blemishes within my previously great complexion, well, dagnabbit it, it's no wonder our confidence starts dwindling - nought else has! Seriously, where on earth everyone else sees a molehill I see a mountain, and I'm sure it's like peas in a pod with you. Hang contained by there - I've found the biggest impose for dwindling confidence is imagination.
