It is call Nocturnal Emmission. meaning dark ejaculation. It is completely normal. It starts when some one reach puberty. It is a sign of puberty. there is nil medically wrong with it.

if you can own an ejaculation at night it mechanism that there is zilch physically wrong with you. if your incompetent to ejaculate when your awake and masterbating its probably a psychological issue that you have
