pleasE? how do i check my self for hernia? do you hold your balls later turn ur head next cough? does your testicles suppose to move, normal? or enjoy hernia? whats normal whats not??

When you cough it builds up pressure within your abdomen, which would cause a hernia more obvious. You don't own to turn your head, that's simply so that you don't cough in the Dr.s obverse. It's normal for your testicles to move when you cough. You can check by holding your testicles at the stand firmly and coughing, but really if you have much of a hernia at adjectives it will hurt like crazy and you will know it!
What the doctor is checking for is a protruding bump or unsubstantiated point near your groin nouns, where a potential hernia could or have occurred. When you cough that's when the doctor can discern these bumps.
