How do I work out my hindmost?
What esercises should I do? Plz explain. I don't know all the name for exercises. Thanks.

departed arm, right leg/right arm, left leg-lift ur disappeared arm straight forward, and right leg back straight. and the different way
squats sorta work on your back

back extensions solely way i know is a bench that holds ur legs still and u lean forward consequently u striten up
upright rows grap a block with weights and bend over slightly and start rowwing
thats the one and only 1s i know of for now hope it helps

For me.. the best subsidise exercises are chins, lat pulls, dumb bell rows.
