A docter circumcised me but he didn't cut it sour he folded it back. is this typical and will my skin stretch?

i was circumcised a few weeks ago. my docter didnt use a clamp of plastibell. he purely made a slit over ******* and folded it back. very well. after the circumcison my foreskin just looks resembling it was snipped by scissor. he said it will strech out when i grasp older but i dont belive him. adjectives of my foreskin is now hangin at the bottom of *******. is in attendance anyone that had one and the same circumcision like this? is this common?
