okay i heard somone influence that they needed it and incase i spelled the wrong one im talkin about the one that deels next to sex

Never heard of it.
Incline... there is a dictionary for this word.. the word simply routine an upward direction. now next to reference to sex.. surrounded by men's health... I'm inclined to cogitate that whatever you are reading is discussion about an "erection" a "woody", a "stiffy", a firming of the penis... such that it is on an "incline".
Of course, could be wrong... a moment ago a thought.
