I am 15 years old, and I weigh 124 lbs and I am 5 ft. 9 1/2 inches high-ceilinged. I have skinny arms and I'm not awfully strong. However, I am constantly active. I am a tennis player. I occasionally run to the gym maybe once or twice a week. I know give or take a few weight gain supplements, but I am not sure if it is out of danger to take them at my age. I don't want to stunt my growth by immensity lifting. My doctor told me that I would never gain fat, I do not have a handle on. I would like some warning on my matter first, thanx alot!!!
