I can't get my proud father to stir to the doctor. He had a stroke closing year and has be having vigour problems ever since. I've tried to talk to him in the region of it. He says he'll step, but he never does. He's a very proud and macho guy and I can't label him go.

i've found it most effective to simply leave elder people alone...they can be really rude sometimes! Since they are your parents, talk to them as best you can consequently just head off them be....

2. carry a doctor (there really are travelling doctors) or visting nurse to vist him at home

Unfortunately, if you aren't appointed as his guardian there isn't much you can do. He may be getting ripened, but he's still his own man and can make his own decision.I go through indistinguishable thing next to my father. He never goes to the doctor even though he really requirements to. You can make the suggestion but if he doesn't want to listen, you freshly have to adopt that.
