by just doing sit up is not the solution of getting six pack. see a pro to get the correct workout programme.-0- my friend. The six pack look is mostly due to 2 factor genetics and low body fleshy levels. For example you could do a million sit ups per daytime and simply burn calories and become even thinner, and never achieve a six pack. You would be surprised at the number of those who have hold the "start" of a 6 pack and they never do sit ups. I for example have "HUGE" quads and calves(so does my father),associates at the gym always ask me what nice of leg excersis do I perform. "NONE" it's genetic, and if I did they would look approaching I was smuggling donkeys in my pant.LOL
So, the 2nd is low body fat. Generally the muscles are more marked when there is les body portly. For a male les than 7% -8%, to catch that ripped look. But once again if you are not able to do this because of the body you adjectives, you will not acheive a 6 pack.
So just excersis to be sound, happy, and fit. Don't try to look resembling the people within the magazines or T.V."THAT"S NOT NATURAL". Look at profesional athletes, they don't look similar to the peole in hollywood or surrounded by those fitness mags.
