I neeed minister to please , bodybuliders i really need lend a hand?
well i had started taking ZMA "lend a hand testrone levels" "increasing muscle mass" and it is a capsle pill and it is hard for me to swollow pills so wat i did be open the capsle and put the stuff and my mouf and gulped it adjectives down with hose , and my question is be it wrong for me to do this and will i get the result from the pill if i do this

Why not freshly go to bodybuilding.com and revise all you can from an expert? There's a ton of information near. Personally, I don't think that messing around next to your hormones is a good theory.
