Just yak to your doc honestly, believe me they have see worse. My 13 year old son settled he wanted to be circumcised ending summer. His primary doc referred him to a general surgeon and it be done on an out patient accord. And believe it or not he said the pain be not that bad. After a year, I noticed within was approaching 2 stitches still in my skin but it be so small I never noticed it. I freshly took them out with my foot and since then I've be happy near the results.
