i need money to earnings for a nose employment, i am so depressed i am almost suicidal i have a horrible snout and i need an extra lb2,000 i simply enjoy no were implicit that kind of money.

If your nose is that disfigured, after more than likely, insurance should retribution for plastic surgery considering the appearance was due to an injury versus wanting plastic surgery for egotism reasons.
Can't you give an account your GP that you still have trouble breathing and sleeping b/c of your injury? They can't create you pay if it's a form concern rather than a cosmetic concern. Just produce sure your nose sounds stuffy for respectively of your consults and beg them for surgery! Ask if you can progress to London if they won't do it at your own surgery.
