What does it mean if i get up up in the middle of the hours of darkness and..........?
i feel realy thickset, dizzy, and have bizzare thoughts?? i also have a feeling realy wierd and pretty incoherent. and then when i own to wake up within the moring i realy dont want to get out of bed. i own to force my eyes open or i'll slip backbone in to sleep. but i dont hold an alarm clock so this is what happens when i wake up up on my own. and i also feel type of sleepy through out the day.
do you ponder its something serious?? im a worrier.

You might want to see a Dr. and hold them check you for sleep apnea. The lack of oxygen to the brain during sleep could be the incentive.Why do men experience pain aftering comeing?
it's zilch serious my aunt took me 2 the docter because the same point was up 2 me and she thought there be something wrong.......if you are seriously worried then turn 2 the doctor otherwise just try going 2 bed closer it worked 4 me.....Is it possible to masturbate too much, or can a man masturbate as much as he wants to??
Dude it's not a big concordat at all. Every hours of darkness when I go to sleep, if I am not too tired and retain portion of my consciousness, I realize that I have totally unsystematic thoughts. At some point during these thoughts, I try to track my chain of thoughts to see where on earth it started from and how it got to where on earth I was, and I can never find it. Or I don`t know that final thought I had be trying to track, just totally slips out of my mind and I reflect on "What was I thinking around?" I am a straight-A honors student in dignified school, so apparently nothing is wrong near me. Relax I highly doubt anything is wrong beside you either. One time when I be waking up slowly on a weekend, I be having illogical thoughts and one of them was "We should form a portable stove!!" and I thought up of what it would look like and everything. Afterwards when I be fully awake I realized it made no sense.... lolthis is not the benevolent of question that you should ask within this forum go see a doc OK and don't be a worrier it's not angelic for your health OK

It sounds approaching you have some type of sleeping disorder. Perhaps you own some sort of breathing problem when you sleep and you should go see a doctor. Also, your life span will be much easier if you buy and alarm clock. They aren't that expensive and you will sleep better knowing that something is going to wake you up in good time. Also if you feel tired throughout the sunshine you should go to bed sooner. Maybe you are sleeping awfully lightly and you are knocked out but not getting any rest. Perhaps you need some sleep medication that will zonk you out better. I use Ambien CR. It works great. The CR process controlled release. It dissolves slowly through the night so it keep working and you stay asleep. But if you do get on medication, you stipulation to go to sleep at a time that will allow you to seize 8 or 9 hours a night. Hope this help. Good luck with you problem.PS. Sleep medication, the correct stuff, is usually only available next to a prescription so you really should see a doctor.
