Ive notice in times past 5yrs that i often cloak semen out of my pen15 when takin a dump is this normal? should i be worried?

Yes, this is caused by a secretion from your prostate. When you do something to strain, or "taking a dump" it can sometimes push against your prostate and end in a secretion of prostate fluid. What comes out is not semen, but prosate fluid as I already said. The only time this could be a problem is if you are over 30, next it could be a sign of prostate cancer, but otherwise it is completely normal.

Probably the "tank is full" (not referring to your bladder OR your intestines, if you attain my drift) and your prostate is getting stimulated in the process, hence the leakage. Emptying the reservoir (by whatever means) should preserve the leakage from occurring. I wouldn't be too concerned about it unless it happen when the tank is derelict.
That's my take (based on experience), but if someone beside more medical knowledge disagrees beside me, by all technique take their word instead.
