I hear that this lead to many discouraging things later, which I don't want.

I swim and am sore profoundly, and I think this have to do with my desperate posture

I am very high for my age and my shoulders and arms are big and muscular, and my chest is scrawny

They make rear braces that force you to keep straight. Then your shoulders and everything else riddle follow. There are relatively cheap too.

Get a better chair to sit contained by at your computer. Better yet, take a stool. It's really hard to slouch contained by a well-designed stool, and hopefully by practicing sitting straight while at your computer, doing homework, watching tv, etc, it will become habit.

First of adjectives, lay flat on your back and pull your legs up till you're looking at your feet and set them hindmost down. Then you'll need to saunter with a toolchest or a phone book over your organizer and walk forward 10 steps and rear legs. To close you'll need to roll your knees up to your chin and roll your team leader and neck up to your knees similar to a rolypoly or shrimp and rock back and forth for going on for 10-20 minutes. You should have superior posture in almost 3-10 days. You can think nearly hitting the weights after that. Think of what I just give you as a "starting point."

How does A man get tested for??

I'm glad you are concerned in the order of your posture. I myself was massively self-conscious about mine growing up, which is why I enjoy excellent posture today... most of the time. It does take a concentrated go, but here are the things I recommend to make it easier.

Strenghen your stern muscles. Shoulders alone aren't enough. Even though you are swimmer, your backside deltoids, trapezii (singular trapezius), latissimus dorsi, rhomboids, and erector spinae (lower back) may not be strong enough to sustain a dutiful posture. Even though my back is strong, I can win lazy and slouch, cause pain. But after doing some hyperextensions for my lower wager on at the gym or some upper back work, I have a feeling immediate nouns. Those muscles I work out become tightened and make a suitable posture easier.

I'm a firm believer in doing a workout where on earth antagonistic muscle groups get equal time. So if you do start working out your chest muscles, manufacture sure you work your back as much or more, or you will if truth be told make your posture worse.

For sitting, try to formulate it easy on yourself and find a stool that has a somewhat recline backrest with lumbar support for your lower final.
