You may actually want to do a 7 site skinfold oral exam with calipers. Your gym/ coach should hold some means of evaluating body tubby percentage.
For young males body round <20% is healthy (ie not obese or overweight). Generally 12% is ok if you want to look perfect but if you want to go really ripped you want to jump single digit, but not too low. Perhaps aim for 12% then eventually work to 8%.
How you train probably does not business too much in the formation, just craft sure you have regular exercise and drink healthily. Opinions may differ how you go in the order of it. I'd say aim to lose fleshy first, by exercising for at least 40mins aerobic exercise. You can do some weights too, and slowly increase the muscle building member. Don't just do abs exercise, as flabby loss is averaged out over the body.
for six pack abs, you need almost 10-12% body fat. but you can't a short time ago only run, you entail to do ab exercises too. weight heave too, cause muscle burns portly so that will also help. and deeply, if you're going to eat something weak, just reason about the six pack you could hold.
