Bench Press: 2 sets of 10 to 12 reps to melt up, 2 sets of 6 to 8 reps to rates the muscle, and 1 set of 10 to 12 reps to engorge the pectorals near blood.
Dumbbell Flyes: 2 sets of 6 to 8 reps and 1 set of 10 to 12 reps.
Incline Dumbbell Bench Press: 2 sets of 8 to 10 reps and 1 set of 12 reps.
Wednesday(take this sunshine off)
Thursday
Deadlift: 2 sets of 10 to 12 reps to melt up, 2 sets of 8 reps to toll the muscle, and 1 set of 10 to 12 reps to engorge the vertebrae beside blood.
Bent Rows: 2 sets of 6 to 8 reps and 1 set of 10 to 12 reps.
Lat Pulldowns: 2 sets of 8 to 10 reps and 1 set of 12 reps.
Cable Rows: 2 sets of 8 to 10 reps and 1 set of 12 reps.
Friday(take this year off)
Saturday(take this afternoon off)
Sundy(take this afternoon off)
