Help-I'm A Diet Soda Addict!?

I'm 20 years hoary and I lately (about 3 months ago) quit smoking. I begin to exercise everyday to relaxation the process, and to start a contemporary in shape lifestyle. After I quit, I begin to drink much better and absorb contained by a strict full workout routine-the problem is...I drink at lowest possible 8 can of soda a afternoon.
