How can i survive my time while working out / running ?
Whenever I start working out , I get the impression similar to it's taking up abundantly of time .i dn't know why it's taking up deeply of time . After I come from Running , i inevitability to chill for atleast partially hour to an hour . Then I start doing push ups , sit up's , biceps and legs . After that I hang about for another 15 minutes or so ( may be smaller number ) previously taking a shower .Also i forgot to mention ; up to that time starting to run outside and run , I Need greatly of motivation , everytime . This doesn't put together any sense because I am losing atleast another 45 to 60 minutes everyday only just thinking roughly speaking it .
