How do I effectively train with a punch daypack?
I've got a punch pouch in my dads garage that's be sitting unused for years now. I've not long moved into a house with a double garage so I'm going to strap it up in near.
Question is, how do I do add it to my workout effectively, getting moral use out of it as opposed to indiscriminately giving it a few jabs and getting a sweat on?

just keep on punching it.. not too thorny.. just soft instigate hands.. close to taping the punching pod.. and stretch before you do punches.
