I've have several physicals (male doctors). The doctors I've had be very clinical...nought AT ALL sexual in the exam. I guess it might be majority to be embarrassed the first time. I would suggest that you only go to your regular doctor, unless you've have a problem with him contained by the past, that make you think he might do something more than basically examine you.
