Gain muscle, lose body tubby? Help.?
I want to lose body fat and gain muscle and preferably gain bulk. I workout and Im starting to eat nourishing. My questions are:
- How much total margarine can I take surrounded by? Keep in mind Im trying to lose body oil, so how much can I consume and still be cutting down?
- How oodles of my daily calories can be calories from oil?
- I want to take a protein supplement to back gain muscle. But I want a low fat one.
- Should I clutch creatine? Creatine monohydrate?
Im 21 yr old mannish. 6feet 175lbs. So Im not fat and dont want to lose weightiness. I just want to return with more toned and more defined. Im going to do cardio, eat in shape, and I do exercise 4-6 times a week.

Alright yo what you gotta do if you wanna get toned lift up less substance for a a lot of reps and get through healthy. If you want more muscle lift up a lot of consignment for less reps and still chomp through healthy. Important though try drinking a post workout shake and do alot of running
Looking to gross MR. johnson stronger?
Just start doing regular workouts. Running, jogging, lifting weights, crunches, pushups etc. You won't lose weight b.c. the muscle will put ON the weight.PS Creatine DOES help out. My bf has be taking it for around 8 months now and his muscles (arm muscles especially) are pretty big..not gross..nice lol.
