I have 2 ordinary sized testicles, and one smaller size on the right side of my right testicle. It's not attached to the testicle, it's just sort of similar to another testicle. It's just close to a normal testicle, but smaller. I'm going to the doctors tomorrow to check it out. I'm wondering what it is, a third testicle? Cancer?
