Is my beach boy workout fruitless for me?
I'm a self confessed lazy gym branch, I normally run to the gym (it's individual a mile) then do a bit of a shoreline boy work out (weights for biceps, abs, pecs - all the muscles that bulk your upper body up) and after run home and shower.
Poeple keep describing me I'm not doing enough CV, is this true? Do I inevitability to get on a rowing piece of equipment too? Or am i pretty safe tottling along as I am, since time is a bit of an issue for me.

Well you do jog to the gym. and it is pretty tricky to get a carspace at the one I shift to ... so I guess your OK... beach boy. I hope you don't shave your chest though.. basis I am informed that it is way out of mode.
You should do cardio to exercise your heart muscle and clear your arteries of cholesterols and fatty deposits. This helps bring oxegenated blood to those biceps, abs and pecs. (You obviously hold no appreciation for a good two of a kind of gluts~ no leg work except jogging?)
If you do 3 mass sessions a week... you could slip in three 20 min sessions on the rowing device at the same time and boost your aerobic dimensions to make the walk briskly home a sprint... that will increase your strength.
If sperm is abnormal contained by shape; does that mean sickly children?

i'd try to add surrounded by come cv work 2 or 3 times a week. but hey...what you're doing now is more than lots of guys!rowing machines are great they are a apt cardio exercise and they help increase nonspecific body strength. i would recommend u do weights exercises for the legs aswell.
