If you know of exercises that work, ways to think more or less it to improve the intense and psychological status of one's mind, and build up self esteem - get rid of anxiety.. I really cannot figure out why it's happening suddenly.. Actually I started to loose erections outstandingly fast lacking stimulation.. And I think it also happen because I worry in the order of loosing them fast.. Loosing it forever and irreparably happened simply once.. but I fear of things getting worse..
