Help, shoulder problems!?
I have no concept what to do. I have six pack abs, I'm around 5'10, have a swimmers body, but the just thing i can`t bear about myself are my shoulders. I dunno why, but one shoulder is highly developed than the other and they are even. Plus they aren't well developed, and I'm ashamed since I enjoy such well defined lower body but small shoulders. This is seriously messing near my confidence, is there a means of access i can make my shoulders longer, wider, and straighter? I do stir to the gym a couple of times a week but don't do any serious weight lifting...

Weight lifting is pretty much your only answer to increasing the size of your shoulders. In direct to increase the size of your deltoids (the actual shoulder part where on earth the arm meets the corner of your chest) you should do some seated military presses. In order to increase the extent of your shoulders and back nouns, you will want to get into doing some shoulder shrugs, lat verbs downs, and rows.

If you appendage up lifting, you can get a nice little boost by taking some whey protein in 30 minutes after your workout is over. Your body will metabolize the protein and it will head straight to your muscles helping you recuperate and build your shoulders quicker. Just make sure you erect if you are going to take the stuff as you don't want to be taking in extra calories and stopped them off!
