Exercising question?
When you work should you work out evry single day?? Or do you work out every other day( soon yes one day no) so your muscles can grow and rest?? Wich one i s beter?

I surmise the 1 day on 1 morning off is better. But really it depends on yourself and your recouping.You could probably do 2 days on 1 off 2 days on as all right.All depends on what you train.if you train legs one day nearby is no reason why you can't train upper body the subsequent day.
Depends what kind of exercises, if you run or put your foot , it will not hurt you to do it every day (in moderation ) .
but if you do resistance exercises you MUST dispense your muscles a break for at least in the future .
What you should get within the habit of doing is working different muscle groups every time.
One day work the upper-body, and after the next year let your upper body rest and work your legs and lower body. Thats what I do and it is the best track to work out.
