I have scraped/peeled skin on the right side of my penis. What medications/ointments are locked to use on it?

This injury is merely a scrape of the skin of the penis. I am POSITIVE that this is not a symptom of a STD; as well as, I know for a fact that I do not own a STD. The use of lotions causes it to burn, and so I want to know what is secure to heal it in need causing irritation. This injury have persisted for 2-3 months at varying degree of severity. At certain times, it nearly heal, but because of its natural leaning to stretch, it will not heal completely. How do I run about beneficial such an affliction in a place where on earth the skin stretches so regularly?
