You need to wander, or even cycle rather than drive. Be thrifty not to over eat, riddle up on fruits and veg, rather that pies, breads, bicuits and cake. And only hold very small amounts of chocolates, or other treats close to icecream or puddings. Drink water instead of carbonated drinks and you should loose some cargo from around your middle.
