Painful testicles?
My boyfriend is having twinge in his testicles, at the top only under the penis on the right side, Just on the right side.
There doesn't appear to be any bruises, swelling or any difference between the two, even when thoughtfully touching them there seem to be no swelling.
He said they don't feel swollen, but similar to someone kicked him. They hurt consistantly but much worse when moved or touched.
I was thinking Hernia but resembling i said there is no swelling, he have no history of hernias and is only 21. My mother said it could be Mumps.
Anyone know?

Whats the difference btwn whey protein and soy protein?
Does he enjoy any associated back problems? Some of theproblem can be referred from near.
I have something similar once.
It started out similarly, but the next morning it was much worse. I googled the symptoms and it seem to be a testicular torsion (the spermatic cord twisting and cutting rotten the blood supply). The only item is, my pain wasn't nearly as dramatic as the websites be describing. I could still walk. But - similar to your boyfriend - it was aching to touch.
I went to A&E (ER contained by America!) and I had to endure an emergency operation - turns out it was a testicular torsion. It be later explained by my urologist that near are different severities of torsions. Some involve the whole testicle, some involve solely 'segments' (apparently here are branch structures on the testicle itself).
I had another similar aching 12 months later. So support to hospital I went. But this time after mortal examined, they told me it was an infection of the tissues in the testicle itself. Apparently it can lately 'land' nearby through the bloodstream.
I think this might be what your boyfriend have. But there's still a unpredictability it's a torsion - or at least bruising. If you be in motion to hospital you might be inconvenienced and find out it's *nothing* (which is very likely) --- but on the rotten chance it's a torsion or infection ...better than have a prosthetic!
Best of luck.
