This is my first serious try to register for a gym for body building after losing weight.

Two question:

1. I need to know that if I should jump daily of every after year.

2. When will I start noticing the difference on my body? will it depend on the number of days I g to gym every week?

You should start noticing a difference within your body if you stay consistent.

I go to the gym something like 3-4 days a week depending on how busy I am with work. Remember, you don't grow at the gym you grow when you donate. So, the key to body building is have good form when working out, drinking healthy, and giving your body adequate time to rest.
