im wondering does anyone no how to get fit im looking for an exercise to attain my dreaded belly fat i a short time ago kinda wana get rid of it basis this is really affecting my life BTW im 13

Talk to your robustness or gym teacher. Get into sports. Try running or swimming. CUT OUT POP AND JUNK FOOD!! Just doing this will relief you shed some pounds. Instead of reaching for a bag of chips and a soda (pop) try drinking some fruit or veggies you'd like (dip is other allowed, especially if it's low-cal) and drink water. In reality, water and skim or 2% milk should be adjectives you drink.
Try to limit your time within front of the TV and computer and get outside. Ride your bike or play frisbee or something...anything to grasp you moving.

I would support regular exercise. Don't overdo it. It isn't healthy to overexert yourself, especially if you aren't used to getting much exercise. You can try jog or playing sports that you enjoy to start sour. Remember, it will take consistancy and you shouldn't lose much more than a pound or 2 a week. If you exercise more than majority, make sure not to reduction your caloric intake by much, if at all. Eating tough also helps.Atkins or cargo watcher's diets. do sit-ups every hours of darkness, try to get 100. and do some push ups. it'll stir away in a while. don't drink soda, and no fattening foods: chips, or fried foods.

5ft is incredibly short to weigh 150. I weigh 168 and im 5'9.I would advise fitting eating. Eat 2 eggs on wholemeal bread for breakfast (Holds dash longer than any other food) so you won't be as hungry.
Exercise for 30-45 minutes every day. You will see the counterweight fall past its sell-by date in no time.
