Growth and height question from puberty?
I am 13 (i turn 14 surrounded by june), when I was almost at the finish of 12, I was 5'3 and I am currently 5'7 1/2. I hold this friend who had that type of growth and very soon he is 17 and he hasn't even grown an inch. My parents are 5'7 and 5'5 but all my relatives from blood are adjectives 5'11 onwards. I have a cousin that comes from my moms side and he is 15 and he is 6 foot or more and my aunt tells me that I be his height when he be my age. I play sports alot and I have a unbelievably healthy diet. I am currently consciousness some misterious "knee" pains that I have never feel before.
My cross-examine is: do you think I will hold on growing? do u think I grew ample and that I wont grow anymore? did i reach my final fully fledged size? do u think i'll grow up to 6 foot or more?

hard to enunciate,caz each people body works differently, i'd say hang on to drinking milk, eat foods large in protein & calcium & do push ups, verbs ups to tone ur muscle so they remain streched & fit while u grow, caz a male can grow till the age of around 21 i hear so u hold tons of time, chill & be healthy & it should work out for u, by the method am 16 & am 5'6"&1/2 so ur way taller than me on the average amount so ur doing good, own fun in time!

hmm i'm going on for your height but i'm optimistic =] but yeah, when i got affliction in my knees, i grew. you might net it to 6 feet, i suggest, you're only 14. my brother be about your stage when he was your age, and in a minute he's 16 (almost 17) and he's 6'3. so, good luck! dont drink alot of milk. . . that will lately make you stout =]
