Whats the best track to work out your abs?
ive tried crunches and alot of abdominal stretching but i still cant get the results i want ..not defined!

increase your cardio routine. this is what in fact burns the fat. you probably hold rock hard abs,from the crunches, but it is buried underneath the flab. running is a very biddable way to burn plump. goodluck
