is it an infection should i go see a doctor?

if not, that process it is caused by part of the pack of the sperm system, it could be the testicles or other parts of that particular system

See a doctor, achieve tested... if you do have an STD they will probably prescribe an antibiotic treatment (some pills to whip for 3-4 days) to clear it up. Be sure that you do not have sex while you are on the treatment.
If here is no pain and a short time ago a little blood, you are probably overdoing. Practice some self control.
