I have a spots on my collar under my chin after not shaving and wash for a week, 3 times in a row. (I hold just have a major operation and usually shave every 2 days and shower every single day), I have been told it is ingrown hair althogh i can't see any hairs underneath the spots. What else could it be?

If it is ingrown hairs, i don't want to use tweasters as it can defacement, so what else can i do to 'free' them?

i shaved my bf's chest one time, and he terminated up getting a lot of ingrown hair. they are kinda like pimples, and you remove them equal way you would pop a pimple, except for the certainty that they come out a lot easier and i don't reflect on they hurt as much.
