How can i get muscle cuts and ripped arms lead to my arms are muscular but surronded in a lil solid.?


  
i'm 15..got muscular arms not TOO much but yea n heave weights for lil bodybuilding to u kno look good and strength...but i used to be grease and i lost weight and i starting lifting but i still enjoy a lil fat everywhere and wanna bring back rid of it. how can i do it and get the ripped arms..also i kinda get a beer belly how can that go away

If you are doing weights you dont want to overdo your cardio because after bout 30 minutes intense cardio you strip away at the muscle to some extent than fat and you dont want that unless you want to lose muscle size. So 3-4 sessions a week at 20 - 30 minutes per session intense cardio and you should be right. A really appropriate start is a heavy boxing backpack and rowing machine and skipping rope. Don't listen to that crap around your body size above, ANYONE can get cut.

Get running dude.It ups your stamina and burns excess weight.

Only time I have ever really be totally ripped was when I run at least 10kms three times a week.I be all vein and striated muscle on my arms and shoulders and stomach.
This, mind you, was when I be training for a marathon.
If you are doing weights and building muscle this would be over the top and would break down muscle tissue as very well as fat (not well-mannered for what you want).
