N.O Explode suggestion??
i just bought N.O Explode by bsn and it brings some other pack of cell mass and othetr stuff?? what fo i take ?? how much should i clutch ?

you can take it, but its not realy gonna do much of anything.
the protein (syntha7) is flawless for muscle rebuilding, that actually is dutiful. but the creatine (cell-mass) isn't gonna do anything, it atually says on the bag you'll start to see results in weeks 3-8. so essentially nothing. i usually use it after the winding up of a reallly big workout when im at the end of my nox cycle.
beside nox, you want to take 1 dipper for your first time ever, or first time back stale a cycle, training day or not. after that, lift 2 scoops on training days, and 1 dipper on off days. and you enjoy to take it religiously, you can't skip a daylight or accidentally miss it. take it partly an hour before you lift up. drink plenty of water. for teens, you want to turn 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off. for adults, or if your over 20, you want to do 8 and 4. while your on, you can probalby up to 2.5 scoop on a training day 75% of your opening through the on cycle, and maybe 3 (if you can switch it) 90% of your way through.
