While viewing porn is not bad per utter, there are several kinds of addictions--even porn & sex addictions. If the personage is skipping out on things to watch porn on a regular idea he may have a problem (i.e. canceling on plans next to a friend to watch porn, have to watch porn during every lunch break, etc).
