Is it true that bech press, squats and back lift are complete exercies?
I have hear that if you just do these three exercises next to heavy weights, it is satisfactory for building muscle?

I would utter yes they're complete but I would also do other exercises with them because they do incorporate closely of muscles and stabilizer muscles but training specific muscles with creamy weight will greatly increase your max lift
Bench press and squats are certainly are not a desperate start because they work large muscle groups. I am not sure what a rear lift is though...
Try squats, lunges, bent over rows, deadlifts, bench press adjectives (of these with weights) consequently push ups and chin ups and crunches ... that should keep you building up a nice principle for some heavy biceps.
